Design Sprints

Managing projects has radically changed. Remote or hybrid working has become the new normal. We help your team with iterative, agile & efficient work methodologies to successfully implement and deploy your project proposal. From defining a solid design brief, over conceptualizing to creating an MVP and beyond.

  • Product Owners, Designers, Developers, Researchers, Engineers

  • You are a novice or have basic knowledge of agile work methods (SCRUM, KANBAN, Lean etc.)

*Ideally, you have a key person in the team who is familiar with these approaches.

  • The Scrum Guide suggests having between 3 - 9 team members who are actually executing the sprint backlog or in Jeff Bezos’s words “as many people as two Pizzas can feed for lunch.”

  • Projects engaged in a process duration from a few weeks to a couple of months.

*To check for availability, please provide more information about the project status & scope.

  • At your base or in a designated venue which allows a collaborative approach.

  • In situ

    • Preferably movable furniture and (magnetic) whiteboards.

    • Flipcharts + writing material, Post-its

    • Presentation panels for multimedia use.

*If your venue does not provide this, please let us know in advance so we can organize a suitable location.

    Remote

    • Access to Zoom, Miro/ Mural/ Slack or alike.

    • Stable internet connection

Strategic Design

Whether it’s developing a cutting-edge brand-/ design strategy, understanding user’s needs, or creating space for innovation, we help you to gather and transform valuable insights into design challenges. The aim is to enhance your customer experience across different touchpoints and evoke emotions which bring customers back.

  • Teams or organizations who work in the areas of user research, customer journeys, service blueprints, new product development or strategy.

  • You have basic understanding of strategic design or wish to apply design principles to systemic problems such as governance, structures, processes, policies.

  • To enable an efficient “Task force approach”, teams usually operate as groups of 3 - 10 people.
Typically, you have a mix of decision makers, specialists and T-shaped people.

  • Projects engaged in a process duration from a few weeks to a couple of months.

*To check for availability, please provide more information about the project status & scope.

  • At your base or in a designated venue which allows a collaborative approach.
